The Price for these dolls would have been about $75 each.
To make up for the cost, Galoob planned on releasing these
dolls with a much higher quality box, fashion, and accessories.

So the "Collectors Series" as Galoob originally
planned, was not released. As Hasbro developed this line under
the Hasbro brand, the boxes were revises, and the price was
lowered. The fashions look like they are of the same qulaity
as the 1999 Toy Fair picture. The "Collectors Series"
was sold as the Viva Forever
with Music Video collection. |
